Transform for the Future.
PYROC processes rubber scrap using advanced recovery technologies, offering innovative solutions that contribute to a sustainable and circular economy.
Recovered carbon black (rCB) is a sustainable carbon black alternative that can be used for reinforcement and pigmentation purposes in rubber and plastics industries.
TPO (Tire Pyrolysis Oil) is a high-aromatic-content oil that serves as an important secondary raw material in petrochemical applications and rubber production.
PYROC reintegrates rubber-based waste into the economy through a closed-loop system, reducing environmental impacts and creating sustainable raw material sources.
By changing the concept of waste, turning carbon into a strategic resource, and becoming one of the leading organizations globally in this field.
Developing advanced pyrolysis technologies to transform carbon-based wastes into high quality energy and carbon products. Delivering globally scalable technologies that strengthen the circular economy.
Our closed-system technology operating on a zero-waste principle ensures that outputs derived from your own waste return to you as your own raw material. This provides 4 key advantages:

Industrial waste rubber materials are collected from recycling points and brought to our facility.

The collected rubbers are broken down into millimetric granule sizes in shredding machines. Homogeneous sizing is the most critical pre-step for efficient pyrolysis.

Granules are heated between ~400–600°C in a completely oxygen-free environment, undergoing thermal decomposition into gas, oil and carbon.

Hot gases from the reactor are condensed into Pyrolytic Oil.

Carbon black undergoes separation and grinding processes to become high-quality recovered carbon black (rCB).
Products (rCB and TPO) are tested in quality control stages and reported. Each product lot is processed into its own report before packaging.
High value-added industrial raw materials obtained from waste.

Recovered carbon black (rCB) is a sustainable carbon black alternative that can be used for reinforcement and pigmentation purposes in rubber and plastics industries.

Pyrolytic Oil (TPO) is the liquid output of the pyrolysis process with high aromatic content, applicable in petrochemical applications and rubber production.
We transform the footprint we leave on the environment.
For every ton of waste rubber processed, ~1.5 tons of CO2 emissions are reduced and ~0.8 tons of crude oil are saved.

With ~6,000 tons annual capacity, we achieve ~10,000 tons total CO2 reduction per year.
