ABOUT US

PYROC processes rubber scrap using advanced recovery technologies, offering innovative solutions that contribute to a sustainable and circular economy.

Recovered carbon black (rCB) is a sustainable carbon black alternative that can be used for reinforcement and pigmentation purposes in rubber and plastics industries.

TPO (Tire Pyrolysis Oil) is a high-aromatic-content oil that serves as an important secondary raw material in petrochemical applications and rubber production.

PYROC reintegrates rubber-based waste into the economy through a closed-loop system, reducing environmental impacts and creating sustainable raw material sources.

Our Vision

By changing the concept of waste, turning carbon into a strategic resource, and becoming one of the leading organizations globally in this field.

Our Mission

Developing advanced pyrolysis technologies to transform carbon-based wastes into high quality energy and carbon products. Delivering globally scalable technologies that strengthen the circular economy.

PROCESS: JOURNEY OF WASTE

Our closed-system technology operating on a zero-waste principle ensures that outputs derived from your own waste return to you as your own raw material. This provides 4 key advantages:

  1. Maximum Compatibility: Raw materials recovered from your own waste are maximally compatible with your process.
  2. Fixed Ratios: The proportional output (rCB and TPO) from your scrap is fixed, simplifying supply chain management.
  3. CBAM Goals: Recovery raw materials significantly reduce carbon emissions, benefiting CBAM assessments.
  4. Cost Advantage: Can be used as a direct substitute for original raw materials, providing cost savings.
Waste Rubber Collection
01

Waste Rubber Collection

Industrial waste rubber materials are collected from recycling points and brought to our facility.

Crushing and Pre-processing
02

Crushing and Pre-processing

The collected rubbers are broken down into millimetric granule sizes in shredding machines. Homogeneous sizing is the most critical pre-step for efficient pyrolysis.

Pyrolysis Reactor
03

Pyrolysis Reactor

Granules are heated between ~400–600°C in a completely oxygen-free environment, undergoing thermal decomposition into gas, oil and carbon.

Pyrolytic Oil
04

Product Recovery — Pyrolytic Oil (TPO)

Hot gases from the reactor are condensed into Pyrolytic Oil.

Carbon Black
05

Product Recovery — Carbon Black (rCB)

Carbon black undergoes separation and grinding processes to become high-quality recovered carbon black (rCB).

Quality Control
06

Quality Control

Products (rCB and TPO) are tested in quality control stages and reported. Each product lot is processed into its own report before packaging.

OUR PRODUCTS

High value-added industrial raw materials obtained from waste.

Recovered Carbon Black

RECOVERED CARBON BLACK (rCB)

Recovered carbon black (rCB) is a sustainable carbon black alternative that can be used for reinforcement and pigmentation purposes in rubber and plastics industries.

Pyrolytic Oil

PYROLYTIC OIL (TPO)

Pyrolytic Oil (TPO) is the liquid output of the pyrolysis process with high aromatic content, applicable in petrochemical applications and rubber production.

SUSTAINABILITY

We transform the footprint we leave on the environment.

Environmental Impact

For every ton of waste rubber processed, ~1.5 tons of CO2 emissions are reduced and ~0.8 tons of crude oil are saved.

  • ~1.5 Tons CO2 Reduction / Ton Rubber
  • ~0.8 Tons Crude Oil Savings / Ton Rubber
Environmental Impact
Annual Capacity

Annual Capacity and Impact

With ~6,000 tons annual capacity, we achieve ~10,000 tons total CO2 reduction per year.

  • ~10,000 Tons Total CO2 Reduction / Year
  • Equivalent to thousands of mature trees absorbing carbon
